Tanguy Kouassi nets Paris' 4000th goal!

The youngster fired home the third in the 3-0 Coupe de la Ligue semi-final win to bring up a milestone for the club.

The 3-0 win in Reims made it 89 goals for the season and the 4000th since the creation of the club.

Marquinhos and Ghislain Konan (an own-goal) had scored the 3998th and 3999th before Tanguy Kouassi came off the bench to write himself into the history books.

It's a great reward for the youth academy prospect in what was only his sixth senior appearance.

At 17 years and seven months, he became the third-youngest goalscorer for Paris in the 21st century after Bartholomew Ogbeche (17 years and 1 month) and Adil Aouchiche (17 years and five months), who had scored earlier in this season.

Bernard Guignedoux netted the club's first at Poitiers on 23 August, 1970. Dominique Rocheteau made it 1000 against Sochaux at the Parc des Princes in 1983, Jay-Jay Okocha brought up 2000 at Montpellier in 1998, and Ezequiel Lavezzi scored the 3000th with Évian Thonon Gaillard the visitors in 2012.*

GOOD TO KONW
