This is a significant number as he becomes the 2nd most capped player in the history of the club from the capital across all competitions. This achievement puts him in pursuit of the record held by a certain Jean-Marc Pilorget (435 matches). The Brazilian defender also touched the ball 162 times and completed 145 passes against Strasbourg, his highest totals in a Ligue 1 match.
