Stats & Facts: the match with Benfica

Match in numbers

All the stand-out stats from the 1-1 UEFA Champions League draw with Benfica.

STILL UNBEATEN

Paris is now unbeaten in 24 competitive games, last tasting defeat against Monaco in March. At home, it's an even longer run stretching back over a year, while in the Champions League it's six games without a loss (5 wins) at the Parc des Princes. Long may it continue!

Kylian, another record!

Just 17 goals shy of the Club record 200 Edinson Cavani netted for the Rouge-et-Bleu, Kylian Mbappé has already overtaken the Uruguayan as the Club's all-time leading scorer in European competition with his 31st goal in his 48th Champions League appearance for Paris Saint-Germain.

He's also leading the way in this season's competition continent-wide with four goals in four games, a tally matched only by Erling Haaland, Leroy Sané and Jude Bellingham.

FINDING THE NET

Paris have struck in every game this season, stretching their scoring run to 42 Champions League group-stage matches with the wins over Juventus and Maccabi Haifa, and the draws with Benfica.  When was the last time they failed to strike? All the way back in 2015.  It means Paris have beaten the record of 40 group games set by Real Madrid between 2008 and 2015.

Paris STILL OUT IN FRONT!

The back-to-back draws with the Portuguese side have changed nothing in the group with the pair still at the top of Group H, the Parisians ahead on goal difference.

Coming up now: Maccabi Haifa arrive in the French capital on 25 October with the trip to Juventus (02/11) wrapping up the group stage.
