Find out all the facts and figures from the 1-1 draw between Paris and Clermont-Ferrand on Saturday evening

Paris CONTINUES A REMARKABLE UNBEATEN RUN

Thanks to a late equaliser, Paris Saint-Germain maintained their unbeaten run and are now unbeaten in their last 27 matches in all competitions (19 wins, 8 draws). It is also the 2nd longest unbeaten run in a single season for the Parisians, after their 37-match run in 1993-1994.

In Ligue 1, Paris are currently the team with the longest unbeaten run, with 23 matches unbeaten (16 wins, 7 draws). Les Rouge et Bleu have not lost any of their last 18 home games in all competitions (13 wins, 5 draws), and remain one of only 3 teams to be unbeaten in all competitions in 2024 (18 games - 13 wins, 5 draws) out of the 5 major European leagues, alongside Manchester City and Bayer Leverkusen.

HISTORIC turn-over IN ENRIQUE'S STARTING XI

In the midst of a week in which the capital club will play 3 matches in just 7 days, Luis Enrique broke new ground when putting together his starting XI for Saturday's clash with Clermont-Ferrand. The Hispanic coach made no fewer than 11 changes to his starting line-up compared to the last match three days earlier against Rennes in the French Cup, something that has not happened at the Parisian club since 2011.

Senny Mayulu celebrated his first start for the first team, while Yoram Zague made his very first appearance for Paris in an official match. The latter became the 507th player in history to pull on the shirt of the Rouge et Bleu.

Gonçalo Ramos/Kylian Mbappé, A SUCCESSFUL DUO

The scorer of the late equaliser, Gonçalo Ramos took 9 shots on target against Clermont-Ferrand: that's at least three times more than any other player on the pitch, and it's also the joint-highest total for a player in Ligue 1 this season. It was also the Portuguese centre-forward's 3rd goal in his last 4 league games for Paris.

As for Kylian Mbappé, who provided the decisive assist for Paris' equaliser, the Red and Blue striker delivered his 6th Ligue 1 goal of the season. The French international now has 64 league goals to his name, making him the 3rd top provider since the 2006-2007 season behind a certain... Angel Di Maria (72). A perfect way to celebrate his 300th official match for Paris!

Marquinhos, ETCHED IN Rouge et Bleu HISTORY

The central defender and captain of Paris Saint-Germain, who came on as a substitute against the Auvergnats, made his 435th official appearance for the club. This figure is far from insignificant, as it takes him level with Jean-Marc Pilorget, who until now was the all-time record holder for the number of matches played in a Red and Blue shirt, also with 435. Having arrived at the club almost 11 years ago, the Brazilian international has made 287 Ligue 1 appearances, 34 Coupe de France, 20 Coupe de la Ligue, 7 Trophées des Champions and 87 UEFA Champions League appearances for Paris, scoring 38 goals in the process.
