Neymar Jr is involved in 12 goals in Ligue 1 in 2021 (7 goals, 5 assists), only Kylian Mbappé has more for Paris this year (27). The Brazilian got his third assist to Angel Di Maria after Dijon (2018) and Angers (2019).
To finish off, Marquinhos once more found the back of the net. The top scoring defender in Paris Saint-Germain history scored his 18th goal in Ligue 1, including 6 in a row being assisted by Angel Di Maria.
It's only his 4th goal from open play in the top flight, his 1st since 12 January 2019 (in Amiens). Lille is the team against who he has contributed most in Ligue 1 (3 - 2 goals, 1 assist).
PARIS are flying high
Despite the draw in Marseille last week, this victory against Lille allows the Parisians to remain well ahead in the table, 10 points (provisionally) ahead of second-placed Lens. The Rouge et Bleu have moved 16 points ahead of Lille after 12 games with this victory, a particularly successful start to the season in terms of points.
At the Parc des Princes, the club from the capital are on a run of 10 victories in official matches, since the defeat against Manchester City (1-2, on 28/04/2021), but also on a run of 9 consecutive victories in Ligue 1 at the Parc des Princes since the defeat against... Lille (0-1), on 3 April.
