Rémy Descamps joins Royal Charleroi

The French goalkeeper has moved to the Belgian club on a permanent deal.

Descamps arrived at Paris Saint-Germain in 2013 after coming through the ranks at Clermont Foot. The man from Marcq-en-Barœul in Northern France signed his first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain in May 2016. The 23-year-old goalkeeper spent the last two seasons on loan in Ligue 2, playing 21 matches at Tours FC and making 28 appearances for Clermont Foot Auvergne 63.

Rémy in the Rouge & Bleu reached the final of the UEFA Youth League in 2016 with the U19 team, and won the 2017 Coupe de France with the Paris Saint-Germain senior side.

The club thanks Rémy for his dedication during his time at the club and wishes him the best for his professional career at Charleroi, currently 9th in the Belgian Championship.
