We look ahead to Saturday's Ligue 1 game in Alsace.

OPPOSITION STRENGTH

Liam Rosenior usually employs a 3-4-3 with Djordje Petrovic, on loan from Chelsea until the end of the season, in goal. The Serbia international should have Ireland international Andrew Omobamidele, on loan from Nottingham Forest, and the promising Ismaël Doukouré (21) and Mamadou Sarr (19) in front of him, both of whom have been preferred to Ivorian international Abakar Sylla till now.

Also able to play in a back three, Guéla Doué is likely to start at right-back, and Désiré's big brother will have either Argentina international Valentín Barco, or the more attacking Diego Moreira (2 goals, 7 assists in Ligue 1 this season) on the opposite flank. In midfield, Brazil international Andrey Santos (9 goals, 4 assists) is having a great season, and alongside him should be captain Habib Diarra (4 goals, 3 assists).

Félix Lemaréchal (3 goals, 3 assists), could come off the bench or start on the right wing, but France U21 international Dilane Bakwa (5 goals, 9 assists) is the more likely option for that role. Versatile youngster Samuel Amo-Ameyaw (18), who can play on both flanks, is another possibility while Sebastian Nanasi (5 goals, 4 assists) is the most probable starter on the left wing. Impressive in his very first Ligue 1 season, the Sweden has been crucial to Strasbourg's good form.

In attack, Emanuel Emegha (14 goals, 3 assists in the league this season) will start at the Stade de la Meinau. In great form since the turn of the year, the Dutch U21 international has relegated Sékou Mara (1 goal, 1 assist) to the role of super-sub.
