Pierre Gasly and Paris Saint-Germain reveal the new away shirt in London!

On Wednesday 3 July, after the official unveiling of the new away shirt at the Eiffel Tower, the Paris Saint-Germain London shop united football and Formula 1 in a unique experience.

British Rouge et Bleu fans and a number of local artists had the opportunity to meet Pierre Gasly and share their passion for the club from the French capital. To mark the occasion, Pierre Gasly presented the special helmet he will be wearing at the Silverstone Grand Prix on 7 July, the design of which was inspired by the new PSG away jersey. The driver has signed and personalised limited edition 1:2 scale replicas of the helmet, created especially for the event.

To offer a real insight into Pierre Gasly's world, the Oxford Street boutique has been equipped with a Formula 1 simulator. Since 29 June, visitors have been able to test their virtual driving skills on the Silverstone circuit in a speed contest. The three best participants had the privilege of competing against the French driver on the same simulator on Wednesday 3 July.

On this special day, Paris Saint-Germain also put 100 pairs of the limited edition Air Force One PSG on sale: an historic first for the Club. Designed in partnership with the London Sneaker School, the shoes were a hit with fashion and sports fans alike. They were able to take home one-of-a-kind models, celebrating the connection between the iconic style of Paris Saint-Germain and the creativity of the London Sneaker School.

The innovation-led event won over fans and visitors to the London shop, further cementing Paris Saint-Germain's position as a club for the next generation.

Pierre Gasly, Formula 1 driver: "It's a pleasure for me to work with PSG, which has always been my favourite club. I'm honoured to be wearing this helmet in the club's colours for the Silverstone Grand Prix this weekend. Over the last few years, I've become increasingly close to the club. I know a few of the players and I'm close to the management team, and all this only reinforces the feeling of involvement when I follow their season in France and in the Champions League. I hope that this first collaboration off the pitch and in the world of Formula 1 will please all the fans of the Club and of football."

Fabien Allègre, Paris Saint-Germain Brand Director: "Pierre is part of the Paris Saint-Germain family, and we are delighted to see him wearing our colours. This event in our London flagship store, at the time of the release of our away jersey, which inspired this edition of mini helmets that Pierre has created, symbolises the club's ability to always want to address and link the different fan communities, whether in the world of Formula 1 and beyond."
