Paris to face Olympique Lyonnais in Coupe de France final!

Paris Saint-Germain will face Olympique Lyonnais in the Coupe de France final at the Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Villeneuve-d'Ascq on Saturday 25 May 2024.

The capital club, which holds the record for the most wins in the competition (14 times, in 1982, 1983, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021), will be contesting the 20th final in its history.

The Parisians, who eliminated US Revel (0-9), US Orléans Loiret Foot (1-4), Stade Brestois 29 (3-1), OGC Nice (3-1) and Stade Rennais FC (1-0), will face the side currently ranked tenth in Ligue 1, who have lifted the trophy five times (in 1964, 1967, 1973, 2008 and 2012) and will be taking part in the eighth final in their history. Olympique Lyonnais qualified by beating CA Pontarlier (0-3), Bergerac Périgord FC (1-2), LOSC (2-1), RC Strasbourg Alsace (0-0, 4-3 on penalties) and Valenciennes FC (3-0).

The Parisians and Lyon have already met this season, in Ligue 1 Round 4, when Les Rouge et Bleu won 4-1 at Groupama Stadium. Before the final, the two teams will have their second meeting of the season, the Ligue 1 Round 30 clash, at the Parc des Princes on Sunday 21 April at 20:45.
