Paris Saint-Germain and the LFP set to celebrate the 10th league title for the French champions
At the end of the 38th and final league match day between Paris Saint-Germain and FC Metz at the Parc des Princes on Saturday evening, the Parisian club and the LFP will present the trophies won by the club and its players for the 2021-2022 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season.
At the end of the match, a sound and light show and pyrotechnics will illuminate the Parc des Princes before Paris Saint-Germain and the LFP proceed to the official presentation of the Hexagoal trophy of Ligue 1 Uber Eats.
Following their teammates, three players will take the field individually as their names are called: Marco Verratt, the only player in the history of the league to have won eight titles, Kylian Mbappé, who could finish as the season's top assist provider and scorer, and captain Marquinhos.
The trophies will be presented by club legends Bernard Lama (if the top assister award is won) and Dominique Rocheteau (if the top scorer award is won), accompanied by the Ukrainian Andriy Shevchenko, a European football legend (French champion trophy).
