This is Paris Saint-Germain's 6th match in Japan, with a record of 4 wins and just one defeat. The Parisians played three matches on last year's tour of Japan, after taking part in a friendly tournament in 1995 against Nagoya Grampus (0-2) and Kashima Antlers (3-2).
