Pablo Sarabia signs for Paris Saint-Germain until 30 June 2024

Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce the signing of Pablo Sarabia Garcia. The Spanish midfielder joins from Sevilla FC, putting pen to paper on a 5-year contract with the capital club until 30 June 2024.

The 27 year-old came through the ranks at his hometown club Real Madrid, making one Champions League appearance against AJ Auxerre (4-0, December 8, 2010) before moving to Getafe to cement his place in La Liga in 2011. The left-footed midfielder also shone at youth level with the Spain national team, winning the Euro U19 in 2011 and the Euro U21 in 2013.

During his five seasons at Getafe Pablo made 145 appearances, scoring 15 goals and providing 20 assists, and in 2016 the Spaniard was transferred to Sevilla FC, one of La Liga’s major clubs.

In the last three seasons, the attacking midfielder played 151 games with the Andalusian club, scoring 43 goals and making 39 assists. The 2018-2019 season saw Pablo stand out as one of the most successful players in Spanish football with 23 goals and 17 assists in 52 matches.
