Ousmane Dembélé: "We're going to try to come back even stronger"

The Paris Saint-Germain coach and Ousmane Dembélé spoke to PSGTV after Les Rouge et Bleus' last home match at the Parc des Princes for the 2023-2024 season.

Luis Enrique

"The truth is that it's unbelievable how much our fans applauded throughout the match. Today, we were lucky enough to be carried as of the 30th minute and they didn't stop applauding. I think now the objective is clearly to win the last title, to try and improve this final phase, to improve this week without a doubt, and to reflect. To make progress, to get players who are very hungry to play. Players who want to wear this shirt. Players who have the soul and spirit to make us champions and give our fans a lot more joy. That's our objective for next season."

Ousmane Dembélé

"That's what we'll remember: the celebrations here at the Parc des Princes, even if we spoiled them a little with this defeat. But we're happy to have another title here at Paris Saint-Germain. And we still have the Coupe de France final to go. But I think that whatever happens, it's a celebration for PSG.
Of course, the league is our day-to-day business. It's always difficult, whether you're playing away or here at the Parc des Princes. And I think we deserve credit for having a great season and being champions. So I think we've been the best team we could be in Ligue 1 this season.
A message for the fans? A big thank you for all their support. They've been pushing us since the start of the season. They were, as they say, the twelfth man. They gave so much. Be it at home or away, we always saw them cheering us on. We're going to try and come back even stronger next season."
