Onto the Champions League!

A day after drawing 0-0 with Stade de Reims at the Stade Auguste Delaune in matchday 10 of Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain now turn their attention to the UEFA Champions League matchday 4 group stage match against SL Benfica on Tuesday 11 October at 21:00 at the Parc des Princes.

THE UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE RETURNS TO PARC DES PRINCES

A little more than a month after the great victory against Juventus (2-1) on matchday 1 of group H, the biggest European competition is back at the Porte d'Auteuil! On the cards is another match against SL Benfica, co-leaders of the group (both the Parisians and the Portuguese side have 7 points and a goal difference of +3 after the first set of games, Christophe Galtier's men are ahead thanks to a better attack), just six days after the first game when the two teams drew 1-1 at the Estadio do SL Benfica.

A clash that the Rouge et Bleu have historically done well in, having gone unbeaten in all three of their home games against SLB in European competitions (a 2-1 victory in the UEFA Cup in March 2007, a 1-1 draw in the UEFA Europa League in March 2011 and a 3-0 win in the UEFA Champions League in October 2013). Portuguese clubs have had little success at Paris Saint-Germain's home ground, having never won there in 7 official matches (2 draws, 5 defeats).

PRESTIGIOUS MATCH... SPECIAL COVERAGE!

Paris Saint-Germain, who have won their last five home games in the UEFA Champions League and could equal their longest home winning streak in the competition (6 on 2 occasions, once in a run that ended in November 2014 and another in October 2000), could even book their place in the last 16 on Tuesday, should they beat the Lisbon side and Juventus lose to Maccabi Haifa FC (the two sides will face each other at the same time at the Sammy Ofer Stadium).

For the occasion, the club's media will offer you extensive coverage of the match. On Monday, PSG TV will offer you the opportunity to follow the first fifteen minutes of the Rouge et Bleu training session at 11:00, then the traditional pre-match press conference at 5:00. On Tuesday, the official web TV of the club from the capital will give you a deeper insight into the match during the Kick Off show, live from the Parc des Princes at 19:30.

THE U19 TEAM ALSO IN ACTION

Paris Saint-Germain's U19 team will face SL Benfica in matchday 4 of the UEFA Youth League group stage at the Stade Georges Lefèvre in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

For this match, Zoumana Camara's players, who lead Group H with 3 wins in as many matches and a 5-point lead over Juventus, 6 over Haifa and 8 over SLB, will even have the opportunity to secure their qualification for the last 16 on Tuesday, or even for the play-offs (the first place in the group goes directly to the round of 16, the second place has to pass through a play-off). An event to follow live on PSG TV Premium (only in France) at 14:00.
