Neymar Jr top scorer, first assist of the season for Mbappé
Having scored the only goal of Paris Saint-Germain’s 1-0 win over Olympique de Marseille on Sunday at the Parc des Princes from Kylian Mbappé’s first assist of the season, Neymar Jr has taken back top spot in the Ligue 1 goalscoring charts after Matchday 11.
After enjoying an outstanding start to the season and bagging his ninth league goal on Sunday, the Brazilian international is back level with LOSC striker Jonathan David at the top, just one goal ahead of French World Cup winner Mbappé, who currently shares second place with FC Lorient forward Terem Moffi.

Against OM, Mbappé, who was Ligue 1's top assist provider last season with 17 assists, also opened his account for the current campaign last night, although the standings are still dominated by Neymar Jr and Lionel Messi, with seven assists each.
