Mbappé, Dembélé and Hakimi lead Ligue 1's goals and assists charts
Following Matchday 12 of Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain players Kylian Mbappé, Achraf Hakimi and Ousmane Dembélé occupy the top spots in the league’s goals and assists charts.
Paris Saint-Germain's attack shone once again on Saturday, as the capital club earned a 3-0 win away to Stade de Reims – their fifth straight victory in Ligue 1 and a result that crucially puts Les Parisiens top of the table with 27 points, one ahead of second-placed Nice.
Les Rouge et Bleu also lead the way in the French top flight's individual rankings, starting with its list of top scorers, at the summit of which Kylian Mbappé continues to extend his lead. Having bagged his first hat trick of the season against Reims, the France international stands head and shoulders above the rest with 13 goals to his name.
As none of his closest competitors managed to find the back of the net at the weekend, the capital club's striker remains ahead of Montpellier HSC's Akor Adams (seven goals scored), AS Monaco pair Wissam Ben Yedder and Aleksandr Golovin (five goals scored each) and FC Nantes's Mostafa Mohamed (also five goals scored).
In Ligue 1's assists chart, meanwhile, eight players have racked up four assists each so far this season. Among them, we find Paris winger Ousmane Dembélé, who set up the opener for Mbappé in the capital club's win in the Champagne-Ardenne region.
Dembélé thereby draws level with teammate Achraf Hakimi, who has also notched up four assists in the league during the current campaign, as well as with Clermont Foot 63's Shamar Nicholson, RC Lens's Florian Sotoca, AS Monaco's Caio Henrique, Montpellier HSC's Téji Savanier, FC Nantes's Moses Simon and Lille OSC's Edon Zhegrova.
