Mayulu's France U19s take top spot from the Netherlands

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Senny Mayulu's France U19 team beat their Dutch rivals 1-0 on Saturday 23 March at the Sportpark Marsdijk in Assen, on Matchday 2 of the second round of the qualifying phase for the UEFA U19 Championship Northern Ireland 2024.

The capital club's number 41 was in the starting line-up for the match, and the win means Les Bleuets take 1st place in Group 2 from the Dutch. This puts them in a qualifying position for the final phase of the competition, before the final match against Lithuania on Tuesday 26 March at 7pm, again in Assen.
