"I think the most important thing during this period is to build the structures and of course to work on the the fitness levels, which are increasing every single day. You've also got to get into competition mode.  Because when you compete and you are not fresh, and we are working really hard, it's always difficult. But that is the kind of character that we need to show in this type of game. I am so happy with the commitment and the effort from the players. I think it's always important to win, but it's not the main objective. I am so happy with the way that we have been competing since the start of pre-season."

He arrived not that long ago and for him, it's so important to get a good feeling and to get to know his teammates.
