Paris Saint-Germain's new goalkeeper spoke to the club's media for the first time. He talked about his arrival and the new adventure that lies ahead.
Matvey, welcome to Paris! How do you feel now that you're a Paris Saint-Germain player?
"I was a bit nervous at first! But now I'm just happy. PSG is one of the biggest clubs in the world, with a great history and many trophies. It's a great team and a great club."
What are your goals for the coming months?
"I want to be the best I can be. I've come here with the desire to progress and improve. It's an incredible opportunity for me to be able to work and play at this club. I can't wait to start working with these great players. It's an incredible opportunity for me to play alongside Gianluigi Donnarumma. And I want to prove my worth on the pitch."
How would you describe your personality?
"I don't feel pressure too much. I'm a calm person and I always try to help my team-mates. I always want to be at the service of the team."
