Luis Enrique: "We're expecting to face a highly motivated team"

The Paris Saint-Germain manager answered questions from PSG TV and the media ahead of his side’s game against FC Nantes at 21:00 CET tomorrow (Matchday 22 of Ligue 1) at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

ON THE WIN OVER Real Sociedad

"They were better than us for a chunk of the first half, and they stopped us from playing out how we usually do. That's what the Champions League is like. When I take a step back and analyse the game in depth, it's normal and natural to have problems against a side like that. Our opponents play a role, too, and they may do things better than us. Across the whole game, though, we were better and more clinical than La Real, and I think that that's what decided the game."

ON Lee kang-in

"He's been doing well since he came back, having played to a very high standard at the AFC Asian Cup. He wasn't able to take part in our last game due to a stomach problem, but he's now fully available."

ON FC Nantes

"I'm expecting a totally different game to the one that we just played in the Champions League. Nantes aren't in great form, although they got back to winning ways in their last game. Defensively, they're a well-organised side, and they'll look to hurt us on the counter and from set pieces, so we're expecting to face a highly motivated team and a difficult game."

ON Nuno Mendes

"It's great news that Nuno can train with the squad again. He's getting back up to full speed and is getting closer to making a comeback, although he isn't at 100% just yet. He's a top-quality player in his position, and I hope that he'll be able to enjoy himself again after his injury and his spell away, which is always difficult. He's getting closer to a return, and I hope that it comes along as soon as possible."
