Luis Enrique: "We'll have to put in a good display to win it"
The Paris Saint-Germain coach gave PSG TV his thoughts ahead of this weekend's Ligue 1 game at Reims.
THE WIN VS. GIRONA
"I had 16 players who deserved to start the game, but only 11 could. We had that mentality to give everything right until the last second to win it. So I consider the win against Girona very positive, because we showed those qualities. That's what the fans want too."
Marco Asensio'S INJURY
"When a team member is injured, we all suffer: we're like a family. Injuries are part of football. Marco's isn't serious, fortunately."
Ousmane Dembélé
"I think Ousmane has picked up where he left off last season. He has always been crucial for us. He has an incredible ability to get past his man. Ousmane was very good last season, this season he's even better and we'll keep working so that he continues in that vein."
THe match vs. Reims
"We are coming off the back of a game in a competition that demands a lot of the players. We are going to play away from home against a good team and in different circumstances, and tomorrow we hope to manage to control those circumstances. Last season, we had a tough time against this coach. They will have seen our game against Girona, so they know how to cause us problems. It'll be a tough game. We'll have to put in a good display to win it, and that's our goal."
Lee Kang-In
"He's a very special player, different to the others. When I arrived at the club, I knew him well because he had been playing in the Spanish league. He can play up front as well as midfield, he's very versatile. He's a player who's in good shape physically and very good technically. I'm very happy to have him in the team."
Ibrahim Mbaye
"He's a very young player, but he's been training with us since the start of the season. He is progressing. I consider it a unique learning pathway which enables our young players to see how things work at the highest level. You'll see him with us often this season, because he has the ability to play with the first team."
