Luis Enrique : "Perfect attitude and conduct"
Luis Enrique and Ousmane Dembélé spoke after the Parisians' 1-0 win over Lens on Saturday 2 November at the Parc des Princes on Matchday 10 of Ligue 1.
LUIS ENRIQUE :
"There's no doubt about it. It was a very interesting match for us, because it's difficult to beat all your rivals. It's not always the strongest teams that win, and today was perfect. We took the three points, which was difficult. But I think the team's attitude and conduct were perfect.
The best way to approach a match is to have won the previous one. I think we were able to prepare ourselves and now we'll have time to prepare for the Champions League match. It's clear that it's practically a final for us, so we intend to play a good game and we can't wait to see our fans again."
OUSMANE DEMBÉLÉ :
"We knew that Monaco had lost to Angers, and if we won we'd be 6 points ahead of them. We started the game very well and could have scored two or three more goals. We weren't decisive, but we're happy with the win today.
My goal? It happened very quickly, Bradley had the ball on the left and I'm always told to come in at the back post. He saw me and all I had to do was push it home.
Of course it's positive after our win in the Classique, and having 6 points on the second-placed team gives us a comfortable cushion, especially ahead of Atletico."
