Luis Enrique: "I think it's a good warning"

Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique and Marco Asensio spoke to PSG TV after the 2-2 draw with Stade Brestois 29 on Matchday 19 of Ligue 1.

LUIS ENRIQUE

"I'd say it's a bit frustrating because we had an almost perfect first half, with lots of chances in the box against a top class opponent. They barely created a single chance for us and we had the opportunities to score two goals and we could even have scored more. But what happened to us in Brest happened again and that was a clear message at half-time for us to realise that Brest are a very well-drilled team, who play very good football, and who, if you put them under pressure, stretch the game to make openings.
Then we started losing the ball a lot, losing control of the game and having problems. Clear problems that resulted in conceding two goals and a draw.

The next match? We're playing them in the Coupe de France, so it won't be an easy game at all. Even if we're 4-0 up against Brest right up until the last second, we'll have to be focused. So I think it's a good warning not to make the same mistake next time."

MARCO ASENSIO

"It was a difficult game against a team with good momentum. There's a reason they're third. I think they're the best team in the league to come here. We started the game very well. We had a good first half, scoring two goals, and in the second half they raised their game a bit. We might have dropped our intensity a little and that's what made the difference. It's a shame we didn't take all three points here in our own stadium.

We have to think about the next game. On Friday, we have another important match to continue our progress in the league and our preparation for what's to come. Because it will be important for us. And I think we're playing well. This draw shouldn't throw us off course and that's what we have to do."
