Luis Enrique: "Every game needs to be played at a high standard"

The Paris Saint-Germain manager answered questions from PSG TV and the media ahead of his side’s rescheduled Matchday 32 clash with OGC Nice, which kicks off at 21:00 CET tomorrow at the Allianz Riviera.

ON NICE

"This game will give us a lot of information. We're going to come up against a very motivated side, a great manager and some very good players, who know how to keep the ball and how to create chances. If we don't have the right mentality, they'll put five goals past us, so we're expecting a very tight match."

ON MOTIVATION

"To go into the Coupe de France final feeling prepared, we need competitive minutes under our belts. Every game needs to be played at a high standard. Not every player can play for Paris Saint-Germain; here, your attitude, your commitment and your behaviour need to be at their best. That's what we've been looking for since I've been here. Anyone who isn't ready for that won't play for PSG. It's a very clear message; I need players who are motivated. Here, for this team, every game counts. After the defeat to Toulouse, I was very angry. Not every player had that mentality."

on the unbeaten run

"To tell you the truth, I don't care about being unbeaten away from home. That said, it's important for me to know who wants to put on the Paris Saint-Germain shirt, who wants to wear these colours, who wants to represent the capital of France and who wants to represent these fans. What's important for me is knowing who'll give 100% even if there's nothing at stake. That's the kind of player that I want to represent the club next season. The context surrounding tomorrow's game will be perfect in terms of seeing what we're made of."
