France beat Ireland at the Parc with Hernandez, Dembélé and Mbappé

A France side featuring Paris Saint-Germain players Lucas Hernandez, Ousmane Dembélé, Randal Kolo Muani and Kylian Mbappé earned a 2-0 win over the Republic of Ireland at the Parc des Princes last night, on Matchday 5 of UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying.

Les Bleus were playing their 131st game at the Parc – the stadium where they have played the most times in their history – and picked up their 50th competitive win at the capital club's home ground. Lucas Hernandez, Ousmane Dembélé and captain Kylian Mbappé all started, with the latter of the three providing an assist for the opening goal of the match.
