Kylian Mbappé up for UNFP's Ligue 1 Player of the Month award for December

Having already picked up the award in October and November, the France international is now in the running to take it home for a third consecutive time – a feat that only former Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimović has managed to pull off, doing so in January, February and March 2014.

This time, the capital club's no. 7 faces competition from Olympique de Marseille forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Olympique Lyonnais striker Alexandre Lacazette.
