Kylian Mbappé nominated for the Ballon d'Or!

The Paris Saint-Germain striker is among the 30 players nominated for the 2021-2022 Ballon d'Or. His club teammate Nuno Mendes is in the running for the Kopa Trophy, and women's team strikers Kadidiatou Diani and Marie-Antoinette Katoto for the Women's Ballon d'Or.

Kylian Mbappé was crowned French champion, player of the year, top scorer (28 goals) and top assister (17 assists) in Ligue 1, and a member of both the league and UEFA Champions League's team of the year. He is therefore a logical candidate to win another individual award after a season in which he was once again decisive, scoring 39 goals and providing 21 assists in 46 competitive matches for Paris.
