Kylian Mbappé and Angel Di Maria: top scorer and top assist provider

The two Paris Saint-Germain forwards finished the 2019-2020 Ligue 1 season as, respectively top of the scoring and assists charts.

It's official, the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) put an end to the 2019-2020 Ligue 1 season, following the health crisis currently affecting France. A decision that made the Paris Saint-Germain players 2020 champions.

A ninth title that the club wanted to dedicate to hospital staff and those who have proved themselves heroes on a daily basis. Find out more here.

And if the collective celebrations have been pushed back to later - because of the confinement measures - certain players will also receive individual awards. Kylian Mbappé is the top scorer in the league, while Angel Di Maria will collect the honour for the top assists provider in Ligue 1.

Kylian Mbappé finishes the season as the top scorer for the second consecutive season. The Paris n°7 scored 18 goals in 20 matches. He finishes clear of Wissam Ben Yedder (18 goals as well) on the goals/match ratio (26 matches played by the AS Monaco man).
