International Fixtures
No less than 15 members of the Paris Saint-Germain first team are on international duty this week. Here is the fixture list:
KYLIAN MBAPPE / PRESNEL KIMPEMBE – FRANCE
Les Bleus have two UEFA EURO 2020 qualifiers. Mbappé, Kimpembe and their teammates play Iceland on Friday 11 October before hosting Turkey on Monday 14 October, with the aim of cementing their place atop the Group H standings.
MARCO VERRATTI - ITALY
Marco Verratti and Italy entertain Greece on Saturday 12 October at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome before travelling to Liechtenstein three days later for their eighth UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier. La Squadra Azzurra is currently top of Group J with six wins in as many matches.
PABLO SARABIA / JUAN BERNAT - SPAIN
La Roja, featuring Pablo Sarabia and Juan Bernat, travels to Oslo on Saturday 12 October to take on Norway, before staying on the road to Scandinavian neighbours Sweden in Solna three days later. Both games are UEFA EURO 2020 qualifiers with Spain top of their group with a maximum 18 points.
THOMAS MEUNIER - BELGIUM
Also boasting six wins from six, Belgium are another side with back to back UEFA EURO 2020 qualifiers. On Thursday 10 October, the Red Devils host San Marino in Brussels before travelling to Astana to play Kazakhstan on Sunday 13 October.
LEANDRO PAREDES - ARGENTINA
Argentina have two friendly matches in Europe. The first is on Wednesday 9 October against Germny in Dortmund, followed by a trip to Valencia and a match against Ecuador, four days later.
KEYLOR NAVAS - COSTA RICA
The Paris goalkeeper has two CONCACAF Nations League matches with Costa Rica. The first against Haiti on Friday 11 October before hosting Curaçao three days later.
MARQUINHOS / THIAGO SILVA / NEYMAR JR - BRAZIL
The Seleção have two friendly matches in Singapore: against Idrissa Gana Gueye's Senegal on Thursday 10 October, followed by Nigeria, three days later.
IDRISSA GUEYE – SENEGAL
The Lions of Teranga play Brazil on Thursday 10 October in Singapore with Gueya up against a trio of Brazilian clubmates.
ERIC-MAXIM CHOUPO-MOTING – CAMEROON
Paris Saint-Germain forward has been called up for his country's friendly match against Tunisia on Saturday 12 October at the Stade Olympique in Radès.
MARCIN BULKA - POLAND U21
Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper will play Russia on Friday 11 October before playing Serbia four days later. Both games are UEFA U21 CHAMPIONSHIP ITALY 2019 qualifiers.
LOÏC MBE SOH - FRANCE U19
The France U19 side with Loïc Mbe Soh have two friendly matches in Marbella in Spain agaisnt England on Wednesday 9 October and Belgium two days later.
