Innocent: 'A new challenge'
Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Garissone Innocent spoke to PSG TV after signing a two-year contract extension with the side from the French capital.
Garissone, what does this new two-year extension with Paris Saint-Germain represent for you?
I would like to thank Paris Saint-Germain. It's the biggest French club and I was lucky to do three years in the youth academy which was just incredible. Now I have a new challenge. This contract is proof that I've been working hard and well. It's a great source of pride to continue in a club like this. This extension means the club has confidence in me and that my hard work is bearing fruit.
How have you progressed with Les Rouge & Bleu?
I train every day with great players and I gain experience every day. Keylor Navas is a great professional who won three consecutive Champions Leagues. It's a pleasure to train with him and to keep learning every day. Sergio Rico teaches me other new techniques from Spain and it is great that Paris Saint-Germain has such incredible goalkeepers in the squad.
