Ilyes Housni loaned to Le Havre AC
Ilyes Housni joined Le Havre AC on loan, with option to buy.
The Paris Saint-Germain youth academy graduate first joined the club from in 2017 from Paris FC, climbing through the ranks to the U17s before working under Zoumana Camara with the U19 squad.
Born in Créteil (Val-de-Marne), he was a regular first-team player in the Paris Saint-Germain U19 team throughout the 2022-23 season, including the side’s run to the last-16 of the Youth League (8 goals, 2 assists in 6 matches).
His performances saw him brought into the Élite squad, training daily with the first team. The young forward made his senior debut on 6 January 2023 coming off the bench against La Berrichonne de Châteauroux in the round of 64 of the Coupe de France. A month later, Ilyes Housni made his Ligue 1 debut in round 23 against Monaco on 11 February 2023, which saw him officially crowned French champion.
Loaned to Qatari club Al Sadd for the 2023-24 campaign, the 19-year-old Franco-Moroccan made eight appearance, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
