Hello 2020!
After a few days' well deserved rest, the first-team squad got back to work on Thursday ahead of a hectic month.

2019 finished on the high of the 4-1 win over Amiens at the Parc des Princes, and Thomas Tuchel's men will now want to start 2020 in similarly positive fashion. Five matches (and perhaps six) await in January with the Coupe de France tie against Linas-Montlhéry at the Stade Robert Bobin in Bondoufle (kick-off 20:55CET) on Sunday the first step. Thomas Tuchel will be live on PSG TV on Saturday with his pre-match press conference (14:00CET).

Three days later, there is a Coupe de la Ligue quarter-final to contend with. AS Saint-Etienne will be the visitors on 8 January (21:05CET) with a potential semi-final on 21/22 January.
The return to Ligue 1 comes on 12 January and the visit of Monaco (21:00CET). Three days later, the Parisians will go to the principality to play their rescheduled Round 15 game. It will be a real test for the Rouge-et-Bleu against a side that has just appointed a new coach, Roberto Moreno.

There is another big game to round off the month: in Lille on 26 January (21:00CET). Last season's runners-up will bring to a close a hectic January we hope will only be the start of something big this year.
