Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi's Morocco managed to beat Belgium (2-0) in the second matchday of the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup group stage.
After an encouraging draw against World Cup runners-up Croatia in their opening match, Paris defender Achraf Hakimi's Morocco overcame Belgium this afternoon (2-0).
The Paris Saint-Germain defender started the game and played 68 minutes before being substituted. The Moroccan team is now ahead of its opponents in the standings and will play their next game against Canada to qualify for the round of 16.
