Everything on Paris-Sevilla!

Take a look at all you need to know ahead of the kick off in the friendly between Paris Saint-Germain and Sevilla FC, this Tuesday 27 July at 20:00 at the Estadio Algarve in Faro, Portugal.

A bit of history...

Paris Saint-Germain will want to stay unbeaten in pre-season after three wins against Le Mans (4-0, on 14/07/2021), Augsburg (2-1, on 21/07/2021) and Orléans (1-0, on 24/07/2021) and a draw against Chambly (2-2, on 17/07/2021).

Since the defeat against Inter Milan (1-1, 5-6 on penalties, on 20/07/2019), the Parisians are unbeaten (3-0 against Sydney FC in 2019-2020, 9-0 against Le Havre, 7-0 against Waasland Beveren, 4-0 against Celtic, 1-0 against Sochaux in 2020-2021), in nine pre-season games.

Ahead of the Trophée des Champions on 1 August against Lille in Tel-Aviv, Mauricio Pochettino, still without a number of internationals, will be able to test his squad. The Argentine manager, who has just extended his contract until 2023 will turn to a number of academy players: the Titis will be looking to impress in Faro and be part of the squad searching for their ninth straight Trophée des Champions, and the 11th in Rouge et Bleu history.
