Édouard Michut signs his first professional contract
Paris Saint-Germain are delighted to announce that 17 year-old Édouard Michut has signed a three-year professional contract with the club until 30 June 2023.
Édouard started his football career with FC Le Chesnay 78 and then FC Versailles 78 in the Paris region. In July 2016 the right-footed midfielder joined the U14s at the Paris Saint-Germain youth academy, going on to become a France youth international winning two caps for the U16s and three caps for the U17s.
Born in Aix-les-Bains in France’s Savoie region, Édouard was a regular starter for Paris Saint-Germain’s U17s during the 2019-2020 season, making 19 appearances, 3 assists and scoring 2 goals. With a total of 1658 minutes played he was the player most used by the coach Stéphane Moreau, and this season he will play in France’s Coupe Gambardella and the UEFA Youth League with the PSG U19 squad.
