Draxler: 'A lot of respect'

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Julian Draxler spoke to the press ahead of the Week 14 Ligue 1 clash at home to Toulouse, this Saturday 24 November at 17:00 at the Parc des Princes.

TOULOUSE
"It won't be an easy game because we have a lot of players just coming back from international duty. Before Liverpool, we play Toulouse. It's important to play well on Saturday to prepare for Wednesday. It will be important to produce a complete performance, but above all, to win. We have a lot of respect for Toulouse, and for every team here in Ligue 1."

FORM
"I feel good, like always! I love the club, I feel good here in Paris. I am very happy to have been starting matches in the last few weeks and I hope it continues. But I also know that this is a big club and everyone wants to play."

POSITION
"I have a new role within the team, like last season, when I played as a No.8. It's a good role for me. Playing alongside Adrien Rabiot or Marco Verratti is a real pleasure. I hope the coach is also happy. When we play with two No.6s, you have to be strong in one-on-ones. The coach tells me what he wants. When I play, I try to do my best."

THOMAS TUCHEL
"It's a special situation for me because he's German. We are quite close and we speak a lot. At the start it was a bit difficult because I wasn't playing much, but I already knew that he was a very good coach. He is calm, conveys his confidence, understands football. It's been great until now and I hope it continues."
