Paris Saint-Germain will come up against a familiar opponent in the last eight of Europe's top club competition.
The current Ligue 1 leaders, with 56 points from 25 games, defeated another Spanish side, Real Sociedad, 4-1 on aggregate (2-0, 1-2) to reach the last eight.
Barcelona, currently third in La Liga on 61 points from 28 matches, saw off Napoli in the previous round (1-1, 3-1).
