Ruiz's Spain beat Netherlands on penalties to reach UNL semis

Fabián Ruiz’s Spain beat the Netherlands 5-4 on penalties following a 3-3 draw last night in the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final in Valencia.

With Paris's no. 8 named in their starting XI, La Roja – who drew 2-2 with the Dutch in the first leg at Rotterdam's Stadion Feijenoord ‘De Kuip’ last Thursday – booked their place in the competition's semi-finals, where they will face France at 20:45 CET on Thursday 5th June in Stuttgart, Germany.
