Danilo Pereira signs for Paris Saint-Germain on loan
Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce the loan signing of Danilo Pereira from FC Porto. The 29-year-old Portuguese midfielder has completed a loan move with option to buy until 30 June 2021.
The Portugal international spent most of his career with FC Porto, making 202 appearances, scoring 19 goals and winning the Portuguese championship twice (2018 and 2020), the Portuguese Supercup (2018) and the League Cup (2020). Danilo played in 30 UEFA Champions League matches, scoring one goal and making three assists for the Dragões.
Pereira also has a fine record with the Portugal national team, with 39 caps for the Seleçao (two goals), winning UEFA Euro 2016 in France (5 matches) and the UEFA Nations League in 2019.
At Paris Saint-Germain he will wear the number 15 shirt.
