Cavani named best Spanish-speaking player
Spanish press agency EFE has named Edinson Cavani the best Spanish-speaking player of 2018.
Paris Saint-Germain's Uruguayan striker received the trophy from EFE at the Parc des Princes on Thursday. The prize, awarded to players from countries where Spanish is an official language, covers the majority of players from Spain as well as South America - but not Brazilians. El Matador scored six goals for Uruguay and 25 for Paris Saint-Germain in 2018. Congratulations Edi!
