Kolo Muani and Dembélé help France beat Belgium
A France side featuring Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé and Randal Kolo Muani beat Belgium 2-0 at the Groupama Stadium in Décines-Charpieu last night, on Matchday 2 of the 2024–2025 UEFA Nations League group stage.
The latter two players scored the game's two goals, taking both of their tallies with Les Bleus up to six.
Interestingly, each of the last five goals scored by France (excluding own goals) have been netted by players from the capital club, which is the longest streak of its kind since June to August 2003, when players from Arsenal FC were exclusively responsible for scoring a series of six goals for France.
