Atalanta in the quarters!
Paris Saint-Germain will face Atalanta BC in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League in August on either Wednesday 12, Thursday 13, Friday 14 or Saturday 15 in Lisbon.
Should the capital club qualify for the semi-finals then the opposition will be provided by the winners of the quarter-final tie between Leipzig and Atlético de Madrid. Qualifying for the final will see the Rouge et Bleu face one of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Lyon, Juventus, Napoli, Barcelona, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
A reminder that Paris qualified for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League by topping their group ahead of Real Madrid then by beating Dortmund in the Round of 16 (1-2, 2-0).
The Italiens, currently third in Serie A, got through to the knockout stage of the competition by finishing second in Group C with 7 points, behind Manchester City (14 points) and ahead of Shakhtar Donetsk (6 points) and Dinamo Zagreb (5 points), and then by beating Valencia in the Round of 16 (4-1, 4-3).
