Alexandre Letellier signs for Paris Saint-Germain until 2021
Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to announce the transfer of Alexandre Letellier. The goalkeeper arrives on a free transfer from US Orléans Loiret Football, and has signed a one-year contract in the French capital, until 30 June 2021.
The 29-year-old Paris native returns to Paris Saint-Germain after ten seasons in the club’s youth academy from 2000 to 2010.
After this first stint in Rouge et Bleu, Alexandre Letellier continued his career at SCO Angers, where the 1.93m ‘Titi’ played 36 Ligue 1 matches and took part in the SCO’s run to the Coupe de France final in 2017, where they lost 1-0 to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Club wishes him a very welcome return and every success in the Paris Saint-Germain professional squad this season.
“It’s a great source of pride for me to return to Paris Saint-Germain,” explained Alexandre Letellier after signing his contract. “I am delighted to come back to this club after my time in the academy and I can’t wait to train alongside the club’s other great goalkeepers, such as Keylor Navas and Sergio Rico. I’m looking forward to tackling all the challenges that await us this season.”
