Alexandre Letellier: 'I'm delighted and proud'
Paris Saint-Germain are delighted to announce Alexandre Letellier's contract extension until 30 June 2022.
After spending time in the Paris Saint-Germain academy between 2000 and 2010, the « titi » carries on his adventure with the club from the capital for another season. He spoke to PSGTV about the joy of carrying on his time with the Rouge et Bleu.
Alex, you've just extended your contract... Congratulations!
"I'm really happy to have extended and especially about continuing this adventure with the club and with my teammates. I'm delighted and proud."
In what state of mind are you?
"I hope that in this upcoming season I won't have any of the injuries I had at the end of last season. I missed two months because of my injuries. But I hope this year will go well. I want to carry on working hard and having fun at this club. I want to help the goalkeepers, work, improve and most of all enjoy it with my teammates."
You've got a real bond with this club, tell us a bit about that...
"I've had this relationship with the club since I was little. It's true that before joining the youth academy at Paris Saint-Germain, I was already a fan of the club. I spent my entire youth career here... My career then took me away from Paris and then ten years later I came back to sign here. It's a nice story. And today, of course I'm delighted to have extended here."
