Alexandre Letellier: 'An incredible moment'
Paris Saint-Germain's new third-choice goalkeeper is delighted to be back at the club where it all started.
Alexandre, welcome home! How do you feel after returning home to Paris?
"It's an incredible moment! I was at the youth academy here for 10 years without ever signing a professional contract. And 10 years later, I'm back to be part of the first team. It's a great feeling. For my family, my loved ones and myself, it's a real dream come true!"
What has changed since you were at the youth academy?
"A lot of things! Over the course of 10 years, the club has changed a lot both in sporting terms and its infrastructure. I'm looking forward to seeing all those new things."
What are your personal ambitions for this season?
"To improve as much as possible, to learn, to work well and help my teammates as much as I can. I'm really looking forward to meeting my fellow goalkeepers who I'll be working with."
