A goal and a record for Mbappé with Les Bleus
The Paris Saint-Germain striker and teammate Presnel Kimpembe helped France to a 1-0 win over Sweden in Saturday's Nations League opener.
Kylian Mbappé and Presnel Kimpembe both started the game in Solna. The defender lined up alongside Raphaël Varane and Dayot Upamecano in a back three while the forward featured with Olivier Giroud and Antoine Griezmann at the opposite end of the pitch.

It was the world champion striker who made the difference in a tight game. Found on the left by Griezmann, Mbappé got a fortunate break as he burst past his marker and then fired in from a seemingly impossible angle.

That's 14 goals in 35 international appearances and a 13th strike as a Paris player, making him the club's top scorer with Les Bleus, moving ahead of Dominique Rocheteau (12).
Next up for our France duo is Croatia, who lost 4-1 to Portugal, at the Stade de France on Tuesday.
