10/10!

The context:
After the international break, Paris Saint-Germain were back in 'invincible' mode, looking for a tenth win in as many Ligue 1 matches this season! Against an Amiens side with just one point on the road so far this term, Les Rouge et Bleu had the chance to continue their incredible winning streak...

The highlights:
Paris Saint-Germain continued their one-man show in Ligue 1! And the first to step into the spotlight was Angel Di Maria with four shots at goal in the first 20 minutes. It was the Argentine's shot that earned the corner from which he then delivered the perfect pass for Captain Marquinhos to head home the opening goal (1-0, 12') and he then provided an identical corner for Rabiot to double the advantage (2-0, 42')! Just before the break, Cavani (44') had another gilt-edged chance to make it 3-0 and confirm Paris' dominance (10 shots).

Amiens returned from the interval with nothing to lose and Ganso and then Ghoddos were denied by Areola (47'). At the other end, Gurtner was also called into action - punching Di Maria's dangerous corner onto his own post (58')! Amiens - like OL two weeks earlier - then succumbed in spectacular fashion… Draxler headed home goal number three (3-0, 80'). Barely two minutes later, Mbappé found the perfect angle to continue his rich vein of scoring form (4-0, 82e)! The league's top scorer has now scored nine and provided three assists - a continental high! And the youngsters continued to shine when Diaby sliced through the box to complete the scoring festival (5-0, 87')! Paris Saint-Germain get 10/10!

A Parisian in the match: Angel Di Maria
Before coming off just before the hour mark (59'), he delivered two assists from corners. Angel Di Maria has now provided 36 assists since arriving in Ligue 1, 14 more than any other player during the same time! El Fideo is the only Parisian to have played a part in all ten Ligue 1 victories this season!

The word: Carbon-copy
Separated by 30 minutes, the Parc saw two identical goals! Marquinhos (12') and then Rabiot (42') both met Di Maria corners at the near post and glanced their headers into the far bottom corner. Both unstoppable! More than just a coincidence...
