The young Parisians make it to the Round of 16!
Les Rouge & Bleu won 2-0 against Stade Reims on Sunday 2 February at the Stade Louis Blériot and make it into the Round of 16 of the Coupe Gambardella.
After a tight match, the Parisians managed to find the breakthrough just before half-time thanks to a goal from Jonathan Mawesi Mutombo (1-0, 43'). Committed and focused in defence, Les Titis extended their lead from the penalty spot through Xavi Simmons (2-0, 48'). Denis Franchi helped his side avoid a tense end to the match, when he saved a penalty in the 76th minute.
Paris Saint-Germain qualify for the next round of the Coupe Gambardella, with the draw scheduled for Thursday 6 February, and will play their Round of 16 game on Sunday 23 February.
