The Parc paid tribute to Jean-Pierre Adams and Jean-Paul Belmondo

A minute's applause in tribute to Jean-Pierre Adams and Jean-Paul Belmondo was observed before the kick-off of the match between Paris Saint-Germain and Clermont, this Saturday 11 September at 17:00 at the Parc des Princes.

This Saturday evening, the whole Paris Saint-Germain family wanted to pay a beautiful tribute to two figures of the Rouge et Bleu history: Jean-Paul Belmondo and Jean-Pierre Adams.

A video tribute to the two men was shown before the match, while the entire Parc des Princes held a minute's applause in their memory at kick-off.

In addition, the Auteuil stand delivered a message in tribute to the French actor "1933-2021: Itinéraire d'un fondateur du Paris SG, merci Bébel".

In 1973, alongside Daniel Hechter and Francis Borelli, Jean-Paul Belmondo took part in the rebirth of Paris Saint-Germain and remained faithful to his club, always present in the stands to encourage his beloved team.

Jean-Pierre Adams, a glorious defender for the Rouge et Bleu, had played for Paris Saint-Germain, having joined the club in 1977. His two seasons with the Parisian club were marked by his joie de vivre, charisma and experience. After his departure, the Parisian club never forgot him, participating in his jubilee organised in Nîmes at the beginning of 1984.
