The female ‘Training Experience’ at the Academy!
On Wednesday 23 June the Paris Saint-Germain Academy held its annual Training Expérience at the UrbanSoccer at La Defense, bringing together 24 girls aged between 11 and 14.
The 'Training Experience' is an important event of the season during which the coaches from the Paris Saint-Germain Association and the Academy jointly run a specific training session. The most deserving young girls from the various Paris Saint-Germain Academy centres in the Ile-de-France region, divided into two separate groups, were able to take part in a session set up by the club's coaches, focusing on high-intensity ball control and finishing.
The aim of this event was not only to gauge the standard, but above all to get to know and follow the future development of these Academy girls. This afternoon was a real success because the club coaches were able to note, despite a very difficult season, the excellent shape and the good general technical level of the young athletes.
Moreover, four of them will be called upon to take part in sessions with the club's staff at the Camp des Loges in Saint-Germain-En-Laye at the beginning of the school year. This also highlights the enormous amount of work carried out by the technical staff in all the centres in the Paris Saint-Germain Academy France network.
